Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of YIDING COMPANY (brand name "kory", hereinafter the "Company") and its users in connection with the internet-related services (the "Services") provided through the online store operated by the Company (the "Mall").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Mall" means the virtual place of business established by the Company to provide goods and services to users.
• "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives the Services under these Terms.

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of the Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Mall or a linked screen so that users may review them. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. Any amendment is announced at least 7 days in advance, stating the effective date and the reason.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company provides information on goods and services, concludes purchase agreements, and delivers goods for which an agreement has been concluded. Where goods are out of stock or technical specifications change, the Company may modify the goods to be provided and will notify the reason without delay.

Article 5 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)

A user applies to purchase by searching and selecting goods, choosing a payment method and agreeing to these Terms. The contract is formed when the Company accepts the application in the form of a receipt confirmation notice.

Article 6 (Payment)

Payment for goods purchased at the Mall may be made using the credit card and simple-payment methods actually shown on the payment screen. Methods that are not enabled are not displayed, and payments are processed through a payment gateway (PG).

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

A user may request cancellation before dispatch from the order history or the non-member order lookup. After dispatch, a user may withdraw the subscription within 7 days of receiving the goods under Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act. Specific matters concerning refunds, exchanges and returns follow the Exchange & Refund Policy.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law. Specific matters follow the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company and the User)

The Company shall exercise its rights and perform its obligations under applicable law and these Terms in good faith. Users shall comply with applicable law, these Terms, the usage guidance and any stated precautions.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Litigation concerning disputes between the Company and a user shall be subject to the court determined under the procedures set out in applicable law. For consumer disputes, mediation may be requested from the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission under the Framework Act on Consumers.
